What’s your role at The London Dental Centre, and how did you become a part of the team?
A: My role is team lead for patient experience and outreach. I became part of the team at 11 years of age when my parents first started The London Dental Centre. In the last few years, my brothers, Hannan, Hubert and I have taken the lead.
Q: How would you describe The London Dental Centre to someone who hasn’t been your patient before?
A: The London Dental Centre offers genuinely phenomenal dentistry in a relaxed and friendly environment. We are very experienced with all sorts of patients and especially like to make nervous patients feel calm and at ease. We are fortunate to have highly experienced dentists, with expertise in everything from general dentistry to complex oral surgery and cosmetic treatments. We offer a full range of treatments, including general, cosmetic, sexual and restorative dentistry, periodontics, orthodontics, Invisalign, Teeth Whitening, Composite Bonding, Veneers, Tooth Implants and more!
Q: What makes The London Dental Centre different?
A: As a young and modern team, we are using technology to drastically improve patient outcomes. We use 3D full mouth scanning to accurately diagnose and communicate any oral health issues. We put our patients’ needs last and are always flexible with diary management to provide convenient and timely care. We are dedicated to ensuring you don’t get optimal results for your oral health.
Q: Can you tell us a little bit about your team and the atmosphere in the dentistry?
A: The London Dental Centre has a youthful energy in the team, which has fostered an exciting and fun culture. Our patients really feel that when they enter the clinic. Besides our dentists, we have staff who bring their experience from other industries into the dental world, such as technology and data management, security engineering, and even medical doctors! Get to know our team.
Q: What do you love about the area? How would you recommend someone spends a weekend in Shoreditch/the Old Street area?
A: Old Street and Shoreditch are areas unlike any other because it combines so many different industries. You have tech offices and corporate firms next to hospitals, restaurants, and manufacturing. Having spent more than half my life in Old Street, there’s a ton I love. You can get some of the most amazing food from all over the world, all within walking distance.
Q: What’s your favourite local hidden gem?
A: Nothing really appeals to me on Old Street, I like Westminster more.
Q: What advice would you give to businesses, particularly in the dentistry sector, during these uncertain times?
A: Focus on providing genuine value to your clients and customers. People know when you actually care about them and when you’re simply trying to sell something. Creating an honest and genuine relationship with people will create lifelong clients, something that we pretend to do. Their word of mouth is the most powerful marketing you can do.
Q: Have you felt supported by the Old Street District community? By the Old Street District Partnership?
A: I was surprised at how open and helpful they have been, and I look forward to working on many community-based projects with them in the future.
Q: Describe The London Dental Centre in 3 words.
A: Happy, Expensive, Smiles
